Policy
MAGIC NAILS – SALON POLICY
At Magic Nails, we are committed to providing high-quality services in a safe, professional, and hygienic environment. We follow all sanitation and sterilization regulations to ensure client health according to provincial law. Please review our salon policies below:
1. Service Guarantee & Repair Policy
- We want every client to be happy with their nails. If nails break, lift, or chip due to our service within 7 days from the original service date, we will repair them once free of charge.
- After 7 days, or if damage occurs due to improper aftercare, external impact, or personal actions, repairs will be subject to standard service fees.
- This ensures clients get the best results while protecting our technicians and salon.
2. Health & Safety Policy
For health and safety reasons, we do not perform manicure, pedicure, or waxing services on clients with:
- Open wounds
- Bleeding
- Infections
- Contagious skin conditions
- Any visible skin disease in the service area
3. Pricing Policy
- We maintain a standardized price list for all services.
- Clients may refer to our pricing on our website or the service menu displayed in the salon.
- For custom designs or services not listed, pricing will be discussed and confirmed before service begins.
- All service prices are listed before tax. Clients are responsible for paying applicable taxes (HST 13%) regardless of payment method.
4. Service Agreement
- All services are performed based on mutual agreement between the client and technician prior to beginning the service.
- During the service, technicians will check in and confirm preferences to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Appointment Policy
- Appointments will be automatically cancelled if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late without prior notice.
- Advance notice is appreciated for rescheduling or cancellations.
6. Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds after payment is completed.
- If there is an issue with the service, please notify us immediately so we may address it appropriately.
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, aggressive, or violates salon policies.8. Personal Belongings
Magic Nails is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.9. Children Policy
- For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times.
- The salon is not responsible for accidents involving unattended children.
10. Payment Policy
- All payments must be completed in full at the time of service.
- We accept cash, debit, and credit cards.
